Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, Toiletry bags and Wallets & card holders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The timing of when the refund appears in your account varies by payment provider:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same item in a different color or size, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. For exchanges to a different product, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
