Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Note: Due to hygiene reasons, Toiletry bags and Wallets & card holders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to:

    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Timing varies by payment provider:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges

For the same item in a different color or size, follow the return process. We will ship the replacement once we receive your return. For a different product, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
