Processing Time

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond our control such as customs processing and carrier delays.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once your package reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we have no control over these charges.

Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Due to hygiene reasons, Toiletry bags and Wallets & card holders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

6. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Timing varies by payment provider:

• Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges

For the same item in a different color or size, follow the return process. We will ship the replacement once we receive your return. For a different product, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
